Legends 2011B-A closed out their Spring 2026 campaign in style with a commanding 6-2 victory over Sierra Surf in Reno, securing second place in the standings and punching their ticket to the State Championship bracket this fall.

Augustine Nessolenov led the way with an outstanding four-goal performance, while Mark Kosovan added two more to complete the six-goal effort. Legends were sharp in attack, confident on the ball, and relentless throughout the match, delivering one of their strongest performances of the season when it mattered most.

With the win, Legends not only capped off the season on a high note, but also earned an important reward for their consistency and hard work. Finishing second in the Spring 2026 campaign is a significant achievement, and it now sets the stage for the team to compete for even more in the fall State Championship bracket.

After the match, both coaches praised the team for its effort, belief, and character.

“Wow — what a game! I’m honestly speechless. The way you played today showed that this team has real character and heart. Big thanks to every parent who brought the players to play. And special thanks to the 2012 players who stepped up, played hard, and became part of this legacy. Go Legends!” said coach Andrew.
“I am so proud of you!! Just like I told you guys before the first game I coached you: you must start believing. If you believe, it will happen! Great job!” said coach Masoud.

The result was more than just a win. It was a statement performance and a fitting end to a successful spring season. Now, with momentum on their side and a place in the State Championship bracket secured, Legends 2011B-A  will look ahead to the fall with confidence.
