Legends SC U14 boys bounced back in emphatic fashion, defeating USA Stars 12–1 on the road Friday, October 9.
Just days earlier, Legends suffered their first defeat of the season in Redding, falling to Kaos SC in their final State Cup group match. They responded with a sharp, clinical performance against USA Stars, even after an early injury to a midfielder left the team short-handed.
Legends went into halftime up 6–0. USA Stars scored after the break, but Legends quickly regained their focus and added six more goals to complete the 12–1 win.
With two matches remaining in the Fall 2026 NorCal League, Legends sit atop the standings. Their next game is October 17 against third-place Truckee River SC. A win would put Legends in a strong position to claim the championship.
