Legends SC’s U10 boys are heading to the NorCal State Cup semifinals after a thrilling weekend of soccer in Tracy, California. The team played four games, showing resilience, teamwork, and composure when it mattered most.
On October 31, the Legends opened with a 3–3 draw against Piedmont SC, then returned to the field to defeat Ross Valley SC, 4–2. The next day, they faced JSC JASA Academy, knowing a win would send them through to the quarterfinals. The boys rose to the challenge, earning a 5–3 victory.
The quarterfinal against South Valley United was a physical test. Facing a taller, stronger opponent, the Legends showed that teamwork and smart play can overcome a size difference. Quick passing, technical skill, and sharp in-game decisions helped them secure a hard-fought 3–1 win.
Now the Legends move on to the semifinal, where they’ll face North Marin United SC on November 7 at Davis Legacy Soccer Complex. They’re just two wins away from lifting the NorCal State Cup. The journey continues!
