Legends SC’s semi-pro team closed out the Spring 2026 regular season on Saturday, May 9, with a 3-0 forfeit victory over San Jose Atletico after the visitors failed to appear for the match. While the team would have preferred to earn the result on the field, the win was enough to cap an outstanding finish to the regular season and extend Legends’ run to five straight victories at exactly the right time.
That winning streak proved decisive in the race for first place. After JSC JASA, the previous league leader, fell 4-2 to San Jose Atletico on May 3, Legends moved into sole possession of first place and finished the Spring 2026 regular season at the top of the Pacific Premier League standings.
It is a strong achievement for the club and a testament to the consistency, resilience, and quality shown by the team throughout the campaign. Finishing first in the regular season puts Legends in an excellent position heading into the playoffs, but the playoff matches will determine who is ultimately crowned champion.
