Head Coach Abobaker Yusufzai of the Legends 2016B-A team is one of the most successful coaches in the club’s history. In his very first year with the team, Abo led the squad to the finals of the prestigious NorCal State Cup—a remarkable achievement that highlights his leadership and coaching expertise. Under Abo’s guidance, the team has become recognized for its talent, unity, and relentless determination. He has fostered a culture where every player is encouraged to strive for excellence, work together, and never give up—qualities that have become the hallmark of the 2016B-A squad.

Abo’s coaching philosophy centers on building a strong foundation in the fundamentals of soccer. He places special emphasis on mastering the first touch and achieving accurate passing, ensuring that each player develops the technical skills necessary for high-level play. Conditioning is also a key focus, with players getting in shape on the field by learning to play their positions effectively and understanding the importance of movement and stamina.
