Coach Michael Webster serves as the head coach for the Legends 2014B-A soccer team. He began his coaching career seven years ago in the NorCal bronze division. Through dedication and effective leadership, his team won their division every two years, earning promotions from bronze to silver, then gold, and now competing at the premier level. Under his guidance, the team has consistently achieved high placements in various tournaments, including a notable victory at the Capitol Cup in Fall 2024.

Coach Webster’s coaching philosophy emphasizes mastering the fundamentals of the game and prioritizing the concept of “team” over individual accomplishments. He strives to instill unselfishness in his players, teaching them that the success of the team is always more important than personal achievements. This approach not only develops skilled athletes but also fosters a strong sense of camaraderie and collective purpose.
