Legends SC had an outstanding month of June, with multiple teams competing in prestigious regional tournaments and delivering impressive results. From the NorCal Premier Playdates to the CUFA Tahoe Summer Tournament, Legends teams demonstrated strong play, competitive spirit, and excellent sportsmanship.
The Legends 2015B-A team made a memorable run to the championship game at the CUFA Tahoe Summer Tournament (June 20-21) held in Lake Tahoe.

In the finals, Legends faced San Jose Rush, a team that won every group stage match. The championship game was tightly contested, with Legends falling 1-0 in a high-quality matchup. Despite the narrow loss, finishing as finalists in such a competitive tournament showcased the team's development and maturity. The players displayed discipline, resilience, and great sportsmanship throughout the weekend.
Meanwhile, Legends SC 2017B-A made their mark at the NorCal Premier Playdates tournament, finishing in second place in a six-team bracket with 6 points.
The team opened strong with a statement win in Game 6-1 against American River SC. In their second match, Legends faced Greenhaven SC in a high-scoring battle, falling 5-3. They responded impressively, defeating Elk Grove United SC, 6-3 to close out the tournament with momentum. Across three games, the team scored 15 goals, demonstrating attacking quality and the ability to bounce back from adversity.
Between the two tournaments, Legends SC teams combined for strong results, showcasing the organization's competitive depth and commitment to player development. From the 2015B-A reaching the finals at Tahoe to the 2017B-A capturing second place in NorCal, June 2026 was a month to celebrate for Legends SC.
